To ensure smooth operation of our systems a permanent staff takes care of the problems encountered. Every incoming request is documented in our internal HelpDesk management system, which ensures fast and accurate service to our partners.

Moana Transport has its own internal error detection system which automatically indicates any problem and our colleagues immediately start solving the issue.
